Buying a home requires an investment. The investment varies for each property because the value varies for each property. In addition, the total investment varies by portfolio because the number of properties in a portfolio may vary.
An investment in a home is in many cases a value investment, becoming more valuable over the years. Summit Living only purchases properties in areas that have a proven track record of increasing property values.
Two phases
We are releasing the shares in two phases. The first 8 shares are released for a lower amount than the last 7. From the moment we issue the first 8 shares, we will start the project. Phase 1 is cheaper because these owners are getting in at an early stage, and do not know how long it will be before a project is delivered.

We will bring it back to life with love and respect for the region’s rich history. By carefully restoring this authentic home, we aim to preserve the magic and heritage of Puglia. The pool blends seamlessly into the natural beauty of the surrounding olive grove. And of course an outdoor kitchen is not to be missed, complete with a traditional pizza oven, where we can spend long evenings enjoying delicious dishes and the warm Italian atmosphere. The summit living is to create an oasis of tranquility and authenticity, where we can fully experience the enchanting ambiance of Puglia.

We are looking for a charming, typical Spanish house that reflects the essence of Mediterranean Summit Living.
An ideal location near the azure sea is a must, so you can enjoy refreshing dives and relaxing beach days. The house should provide an oasis of tranquility and entertainment, with a pool or plunge pool in which we can cool off. Outdoor living is key, so the generous outdoor spaces where we can dine and relax under the radiant Spanish sun cannot be missed. A special nice to have is our own mango orchard, so we can enjoy delicious juicy fruit straight from our own trees. And of course, location is key, with proximity to both the enchanting sea and an airport for effortless travel connections.
